Divine Solutions is a software and AI company based in Svetvinčenat, Istria, founded in 2025. For companies in Istria and the rest of Croatia, we build custom software, web and mobile apps, and AI agents, chatbots and voice agents that work in Croatian and almost any other language, and we connect them to ERP and CRM systems. If you are looking for a software or IT company in Istria to build an application or to bring AI into everyday work, with us you get both from one team.
Application development for companies in Pula, Rovinj, Poreč and the rest of Istria
If you run a company in Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Pazin, Umag, Labin or Buzet, working with us looks the same as for companies in the rest of Croatia: we talk remotely, in Croatian or English, and you follow the project's progress in the client portal, where you see what is done and what comes next.
What companies in Istria usually need
Needs depend on the industry. These are typical jobs that software and AI can take over or make easier.
Tourism and hospitality
Season after season, guests ask the same things: when is check-in, is there parking, are pets allowed. A chatbot on your website answers from your house rules and directions, hands booking enquiries to your staff with all the details, and simple apps keep track of requests to housekeeping and maintenance. There is more on our AI and software for tourism and hospitality page.
Retail and distribution
For retailers and distributors, sales and stock data is key, and it usually sits in the ERP. Typical jobs are the reports suppliers ask for, an overview of goods that are not moving or are running out, and answers to business questions without manual exports to Excel. We describe what this looks like in practice in our reference for Instar informatika, a retailer and distributor of IT equipment.
Service businesses
Agencies, repair services and offices work with enquiries, appointments and documents every day. What helps here is a form that turns an enquiry into a task, a client portal where the client sees the status, a chatbot for frequently asked questions and an AI agent that sorts email and prepares draft replies for checking.
Manufacturing
Manufacturers usually need reports from the ERP and apps for work orders, records of work and faults, and material tracking, often on a phone or tablet on the shop floor. AI can help with documents: sorting enquiries, extracting data from orders and specifications and preparing it for entry.
Two pillars: custom software and AI
We do both software and AI, so you do not need two suppliers, one for the application and one for the AI, who have to coordinate with each other.
Software
- Custom software development: internal tools, portals and systems that follow the way you work, instead of you adapting to an off-the-shelf program.
- Web application development: applications that run in the browser, with user sign-in, roles and a dashboard.
- Mobile app development: apps for work in the field, on the shop floor or for your customers.
- Online shop development: selling online, connected to the products, prices and stock in your business system.
We work with the technologies we also use in our own products: Next.js and React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker and GitLab CI, and for Android, Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
AI
- AI agents that carry out tasks in several steps: they read email and documents, enter data and prepare replies that one of your people checks.
- AI chatbot for customer support that answers from your documents and, when needed, hands the conversation over to a live agent.
- AI voice agent that holds phone conversations in Croatian and other languages, as in our product CallVista.
- AI integration with CRM and ERP systems, so that AI works with your real data, not with exports.
- AI strategy for companies that first want to know where AI makes sense in their business.
Hosting in the European Union
We host the applications we build and maintain on servers in the European Union. If you process data about customers, guests or employees, this makes it easier to answer the question of where that data is. In the project scope, we state which data the solution processes and where it is stored, and for AI solutions, also which data goes to the language model. Read more about security, access and oversight of AI systems on our AI security and governance page.
What the first call looks like
- You book a free call and describe in a few sentences what you want to solve.
- In the call, we go through what you do by hand today, which systems you use, for example an ERP, CRM, booking system or Excel, and what a good result would look like.
- After the call, you get a scope, a cost estimate and a phased plan, so you decide on the next step with a clear scope and an indicative cost.
- If we go ahead, the first working version is ready in 4–8 weeks, and you follow progress in the client portal.
- After rollout, we maintain, host and upgrade the solution as agreed.
The first call commits you to nothing.
What the price depends on
The price is set by the scope, and these items move it most:
- the number of features, screens and user roles;
- connections to existing systems, such as an ERP, CRM or booking system;
- the state of the data: whether it is in one place and how tidy it is;
- whether you need a web application, a mobile app or both;
- for AI solutions, the volume of enquiries and documents, and testing on real examples before launch;
- hosting, maintenance and upgrades after rollout.
How the price of an AI project is put together is explained on our AI implementation cost page.
What to prepare for the first call
- a short description of the work you want to make easier and who does it today;
- a list of the systems and tools you use;
- a few real examples: enquiries, documents, reports or spreadsheets;
- a rough deadline, for example the start of the season or the end of the financial year;
- a person on your side who will answer questions during the project.
